聚醚酰亚胺对T700/ 环氧复合材料的增韧技术

摘要:
采用聚醚酰亚胺(PEI)对T700/ 环氧复合材料进行增韧改性ꎮ 实验结果表明ꎬPEI 改性后环氧树
脂复合材料的韧性得到显著提高ꎬ力学性能和Tg 都稍有下降ꎻ在强度满足要求的前提下ꎬPEI 含量在20wt%
时ꎬ所得复合材料的韧性最好ꎬGIC达到593.6 J/ m2ꎮ。

Abstract:
In this paperꎬ the toughening of the T700/ epoxy composite was studied by using the polyetherimide
(PEI) as additive. Test results show that the toughness of epoxy resin composite was significantly improvedꎬ but the me ̄
chanical properties and glass transition temperature were slightly decreased. Under the premise of satisfying the strengthꎬ
the toughness of the composite was the best when the content of PEI was 20wt%ꎬ which was reaching 593.6 J/ m
