Journal Aerospace Materials & Technology (Bimonthly) was first published in 1971. The Aerospace Materials & Technology was a national academic journal and issued in public home and abroad, which was authorized by State Press and Publication Administration and sponsored by Aerospace Research Institute of Materials & Processing Technology. From 1992 to now, Aerospace Materials & Technology has been enrolled in A Guide to the Core Journal of China for 9 consecutive editions. Since 1989 to now, the journal has been included as “The Key Magazine of China Technology” (Source Journal for Chinese Scientific and Technical Papers and Citations), included in the core database of “Source Journal for Chinese Science Citation Database (CSCD)”, and enrolled in World Journal Clout Index (WCJI) Report of Scientific and Technological Periodicals in 2022. The journal has won many awards in various awards activities. In 2022, journal won the “Hundred Key Journals” award in the second national journal award evaluation activity. In 2023, it was awarded the “2022 Excellent Science and Technology Journal Award” by China Aerospace Science and Technology Group Co., Ltd. In 2022, it was selected for the “2022 China Fine Journals Exhibition” at Beijing International Book Exop (BIBF). In 2022, it was awarded the title of “Professional Content Knowledge Aggregation Service Platform and Innovation Service Demonstration Unit” by Wanfang Database Platform.
