    Cross-linkedPVCfoamplasticwaspreparedbyboilingfoamingmethod.InfluenceofPVC
    pasteresinonproductsobtainedfrompastingprocess,moldingprocess,foamingprocessandcompression
    propertyoffoam wasstudied.Theresultsshowthatappropriatepasteviscosityis4to9Pa·s.K-valueof
    PVCpasteresinislargerorbeingalkalineofPVCpasteresincanpreventPVCdegradationin molding
    process.BeingalkalineofPVCpasteresincanacceleratefoamingreaction,willbenefittoobtainlowdensity
    foamandreducefoamingtime.WithK-valueofPVCpasteresinincreasing,compressionpropertyoffoamincreased.
    WhenK-valueisextremelybig,cellularsizeoffoam becomebiggerandcompressionstrengthreduce,
    appropriateK-valueis70to80.
