In this paper, the domestic and foreign determining methods of composite structure material and design allowable values are analyzed. Through the research, the characterization and application of material allowables, examining and statistical analysis methods of test data, and the determining methods for design values of static strength, fatigue strength, damage tolerance and repair are described.
