    Abstract:

    Pouring experiments were conducted by adjusting the dosage of TEDA solution and DBTL in the rigid
    polyurethane plastic foam pouring formulation. The properties of two kinds of plastic foams manufactured at the material temperature of room temperature and 5 were compared. The mechanical properties, closed cell proportion, liner
    expansion coefficient and thermal conductivity have the equal values at room temperature and 5. So the pouring
    process at the material temperature of RT is feasible.
