Study significance and relative basic concept and testing method of evaluation and characterization of
high temperature dielectric properties of microwave transmitting materials is summarized,development is introduced,
and also the common key technology in high temperature testing of high Q cavity method is expatiated,future develop ment and applications are put forward.
