    Abstract:

ZrO2 coating was developed by plasma spraying process in different substrate preheating temperature, and the tensile test and XRD were used to investigate the influence of substrate preheating temperature on tensile strength. The highest tensile strength can be obtained when the substrate preheating temperature is 250, the highest value is 13.4 MPa.When substrate preheating temperature is higher than 350, the mass of the thermally grown oxide on bond coatings increased more and the tensile strength reduced.
