Abstract:SiO2aerogelsreinforcedbyceramicfiberswerepreparedbysol-gelmethod.BoththeSiO2aerogelsandthecompositeweretreatedunderdifferenttemperatures.SEM,N2adsorption-desorptionandthermalconductivitydevicewereadoptedtocharacterizethestructureandthermalconductivitypropertiesofthe preparedmaterials.Theresultsshowthatthemicrostructurechangeslittleafterheatingunder700℃andthe heatinsulationpropertiesmaintainsalmostunchanged.However,afterheattreatmentat1000℃,theheatinsulationpropertiesdecreased,nano-microstructuressinteredandtheamountofporesreduced.
