    Abstract:

    Therelationshipbetweenmechanicalpropertiesofceramicinsulatingtileanddensitywasinvestigated.Itisfoundoutthattheuniformityofdensityhasasignificantinfluenceonthemechanicalproperties.Ceramicinsulatingtilewithexcellentmechanicalpropertieswasfabricatedbyanoptimizedprocess,the mechanicalpropertieswereimprovedfrom0.250MPato0.786MPa.Theresultsshowthattheincreaseof thedensityuniformityisaneffectivewaytoimprovethemechanicalpropertiesoftheceramicinsulatingtile.
