    Abstract:

    Toexploretheeffectofcuringbystepsonpropertiesofradomemadeofmoderatetemperaturematerialsystem,themechanicalandelectromagneticpropertiesoflaminateandhoneycombsandwichspesimenaftermadeofmoderate temperaturematerialsystemincludingSW-280A/epoxyprepreg,FM73MfilmandNomexhoneycombmulti-curingwasdiscussedinthispaper.
    Theresultsshowthattherearesmallchangesinmechanicalpropertiesandelectricpropertiesandno significantdownwardtrendafterfirst,second,third,fourthandfifthcuring.Thisimpliedthatcuringbystepsdoesn’thave affectthemechanicalandelectromagneticpropertiesofthemoderatetemperaturematerialsystem.Soradomesmadeofthe materialsystemcanbemanufacturedwithcuringbystepsandcuringbystepsdoesnotaffectthemechanicalandelectromagneticpropertiesofradome
