Abstract:RheologicalbehaviorofJF-45epoxy/cyanatecopolymerwasstudied.Arheologicalmodelbasedon Dual-Arrheniusequationwasestablishedwithexperimentaldataandusedtosimulateandforecasttherheologicalbehaviorofthiscopolymer.
TheresultsindicatethattheestablishedrheologicalmodelforrelativeviscosityisingoodagreementwithDual-Arrheniusequationattemperaturerangefrom80℃to160℃.Theinitialviscosityishigherbelow160℃ duetothelowreactiverateofthecopolymer.Theinitialviscosityofthecopolymerisdecreasedwiththeincreaseoftemperature.Theviscosityisincreasedrapidlyattemperaturemorethan170℃.Thecuringprocessisalsoestablishedbased onDSCcurvesandDual-Arrheniusequation.
