In this paper, aramid paper honeycomb preparation process is briefly introduced.Combining with aramid paper honeycomb preparation process,the causes of common appearance defects such as Doublewall thickness, Nested cells, S-sells and Herringbone patterns are analyzed, and some concrete measures to reduce honeycomb defects were proposed. It is recommended that researchers evaluate the effect of aramid paper honeycomb appearance defects on their performance and determine the acceptable range of defects.
