    Abstract:

    To meet the need of thermal protection and high strength for high Ma vehicles, lightweight rigid nanoporous thermal insulation material has been prepared by fiber dispersion, molding pressing and nano-particle composite technology. The relationship between material composition and properties of insulating materials was investigated. The results show that the compressive properties of composites strength with rigid tile is twice than with fiber mat. The compressive properties became large with increasing temperature.
