    采用DSC 方法分析了RTM 工艺用6421 双马树脂的固化反应,确定了固化度与温度和固化反应
    速率与时间之间的关系,基于Melak 方法分析了固化反应过程,通过数据拟合法得到了n 级固化模型、自催化
    模型及Kamal 模型方程中的各个参数值。根据相关系数R2 确定了适合的动力学模型。结果表明,6421 双马
    树脂的固化度—温度曲线呈现“S”型,固化反应速率随升温速率的增大而增大;树脂固化反应的表观活化能Ea
    为105. 611 kJ/ mol,其固化动力学模型符合Kamal 固化模型,模型方程对实验数据拟合结果良好。

    Abstract:

    The cure reaction behavior of 6421 BMI resin was investigated by the DSC method. The relationship
    between the curing degree and temperature as well as curing rate and time were obtained. Based on Melak method,
    the curing reaction behavior was analyzed. The corresponding parameters of the n-order curing model, the autocatalytic
    model and the Kamal model were determined by fitting the experimental data, respectively. According to the coefficient
    values of R2, a suitable curing reaction kinetic model was determined. It was found that the curves of curing degree
    vs temperature presented a “S” shape and the curing rate increased with the rising heating rate. The apparent activation
    energy Ea of curing reactions is 105. 611 kJ/ mol, while the curing reaction conformed to the Kamal reaction
    kinetic model. The Kamal model is in a good agreement with the experimental data.
