Abstract:Theobjectiveoftheworkistofindouttheoptimalrangeofchemicalmillingliquorcomposition,
whichcanleadtoastablechemicalmillingundercutrateandadecreaseinmillingthicknessdifference.
Thisworkisconductedtomeasureandcomparethemillingundercutandribevennessthroughagroupof
experimentswhichvaringthemainmaterialcompositioninchemicalmillingliquor.Itisindicatethatunder
theconditionofNaOH200g/L,dessolvedaluminum70to110g/L,temperature(90±5)℃,theribwidth
differencereachtoTw ±0.75mm,thethickdifferencereachtoTs±0.15mm。
