    双金属带锯条的分齿齿形参数是影响带锯条切削性能的重要参数,为探究其在锯切过程中的影响机理,基于AdvantEdge FEM 软件建立双金属带锯条锯切45#钢三维仿真模型,研究分齿参数对锯切过程中平均切削力的影响。结果表明,分齿参数是双金属带锯条锯切加工中影响切削力、应力分布和齿尖磨损的重要因素。中齿应力为两侧分布,磨损形式为月牙状,分齿则是应力分布靠外侧,呈单边磨损状,增加分齿量、减小分齿高度均会加大这一趋势。锯切速度增加或进给率降低都会减少单组齿的切削量,锯切过程中的总体合力会减小,但对分齿与中齿承担的切削量比例没有直接影响。单组齿切削量相同即锯切速度与进给率不变时,分齿量降低或分齿高度增加都会改变中齿与分齿的切削量比例,使得中齿切削量减少,使锯切过程中的总体合力增大。

    Abstract:

    The tooth profile parameters of bimetal band saw blades are critical factors that influence cutting performance.A three-dimensional simulation model of a bimetallic band saw blade cutting 45# steel was created using AdvantEdge FEM software to analyse the effect of tooth spacing parameters on the average cutting force.The results show that tooth spacing parameters significantly affect cutting force,stress distribution and tooth tip wear during bimetallic band saw blade machining.Medium teeth exhibit stress distribution on both sides with crescent-shaped wear patterns,whereas split teeth demonstrate stress concentrated towards the outer side with unilaterally distributed wear.Increasing the split amount or reducing the split height both amplify this trend.Increasing the cutting speed or decreasing the feed rate reduces the cutting volume per tooth group,thereby diminishing the overall combined force during sawing.However,this does not directly affect the proportion of the cutting volume borne by split teeth versus medium teeth.When the cutting load per tooth group remains constant (i.e. when the sawing speed and feed rate are unchanged),reducing the tooth spacing or increasing the tooth height alters the cutting load ratio between the centre tooth and the spacer teeth.This reduces the cutting load on the centre tooth while increasing the overall combined force during the sawing process.
