    为研究单向/二维编织纤维织物混杂设计对陶瓷基复合材料层间力学性能的影响,本文以碳纤维单向/缎纹织物层间混杂增强SiC陶瓷基复合材料为研究对象,通过短梁剪切试验明确了单向铺层的体积比例、单向铺层角度及其比例对层间剪切力学性能的影响规律。结果表明,相比于纯缎纹织物复合材料,混杂复合材料的层间等效剪切强度获得了提高。当0°铺层与缎纹织物混杂时,提高0°铺层的比例呈现层间等效剪切强度增加的趋势。当单向铺层的总体积比保持不变时,0°铺层比例越大越有利于混杂复合材料层间等效剪切强度的提高,而增加±45°和+90°铺层的比例会减小层间等效剪切强度,并影响裂纹萌生的位置。

    Abstract:

    This work investigated the influence of hybrid design based on unidirectional and two-dimensional woven fabrics on the interfacial properties of SiC-ceramic matrix composites. By using the short beam shear test, effects of volume fraction, ply angle and lay-up ratio of unidirectional (UD) laminates on the interfacial shear strength (IFSS) were identified. The results show that the IFSS of hybrid composites is larger than that of pure satin fabric reinforced composites. As for the hybrid design of UD and satin laminates, there is an increasing trend of the equivalent IFSS as the content of 0° ply in hybrid composites increases. When the total volume fraction of UD laminates is fixed, a greater lay-up ratio of 0° plies enhances the equivalent IFSS of hybrid composites, while increasing the lay-up ratio of ±45° and +90° plies reduces the equivalent IFSS and affects the location of crack initiation.
