    摘要:

    针对磨削加工氧化铝陶瓷过程中磨削力大、砂轮磨损严重等问题。本文通过引入斜截面和圆角化工艺,设计了圆角斜截面纹理化砂轮。使用普通砂轮、矩形截面纹理化砂轮、斜截面纹理化砂轮和圆角斜截面纹理化砂轮对氧化铝陶瓷进行磨削实验,探究四种砂轮在不同进给速度下对磨削性能的影响。结果表明:在相同的磨削参数下,与普通砂轮相比,使用圆角斜截面纹理化砂轮,磨削力降低最为明显,其切向切削力最大降低34%,法向切削力最大降低40%;且圆角斜截面纹理化砂轮与其他三种砂轮相比,圆角斜截面纹理化砂轮耐磨损性最好,磨粒断裂程度最低。

    Abstract:

    To address issues such as high grinding force and severe wheel wear during the grinding of alumina ceramics,a laser-textured grinding wheel with rounded inclined cross section grooves was designed. Grinding experiments were performed on alumina ceramics using four types of wheels: a standard grinding wheel, a textured grinding wheel with rectangular cross-section groovse, a textured grinding wheel with inclined cross-section grooves, and a laser textured grinding wheel with rounded inclined cross section grooves. The study investigated the influence of the four grinding wheels on grinding force, roughness, and surface morphology at different feed rates. The results show that, under the same grinding parameters, compared to conventional grinding wheels, the use of laser textured grinding wheels with rounded inclined cross section grooves results in the most significant reduction in grinding force, with tangential force reduced by up to 34% and normal force by up to 40%. Moreover, compared to the other three types of grinding wheels, the laser textured grinding wheel with rounded inclined cross section grooves exhibits the best wear resistance and the lowest degree of abrasive grain fracture.
