    摘要:

    针对C/C复合材料CT无损检测过程中探测器接收到的散射光子成分造成的图像模糊问题,基于C/C复合材料CT检测过程,本文建立了描述检测过程中射线光子束的输运、吸收、散射等多物理过程的数理模型,结合蒙特卡洛算法原理对模型进行求解,在此基础上针对C/C复合材料的检测需求提出了一种基于光子输运过程的校正算法,对不同规格尺寸C/C复合材料、不同扫描方式进行了对比分析。结果表明,本文建立的模型可准确描述CT检测过程中射线光子束的输运、吸收、散射等多物理过程,提出的校正算法可以有效降低散射光子的噪声干扰,提高图像质量,随着C/C复合材料构件的增大,图像质量受散射光子影响越明显,而被检测产品尺寸越小,散射校正效果越好,检测灵敏度越高。该方法能有效提升图像的密度分辨能力,提升C/C复合材料缺陷的检出能力。

    Abstract:

    According to the image blur problem caused by scattering photon which was received by detector in the CT detection progress of C/C composites, a mathematical model was established which described the physical processes such as absorption and scattering of photon. The mathematical model was solved by Monte Carlo method. Based on these, this work proposed a scatter correction method with photon transport and conducts comparison analysis on different size of C/C composites. The research indicates that the mathematical model built in this paper can describe the physical processes such as absorption and scattering of photons exactly, the proposed method could effectively suppress the scattering photons and improve the image quality. With the growing size of C/C composites, the effect of scattering photon on the image quality is greater. As the decreasing size of C/C composites, the greater scatter correction and high sensitive obtained. The method in this paper can effectively improve the density resolution of images and the detection ability of C/C composite defects.
