Abstract:Carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) is widely used in the manufacturing industry due to its excellent comprehensive performance. However, due to the anisotropy of mechanical properties and the heterogeneous characteristics of the organization, processing defects such as delamination, burrs, and fiber tearing are prone to occur during the processing. In order to better monitor and control the CFRP processing process in real time to improve the final processing quality, the research results of scholars in recent years are reviewed from the three aspects of CFRP cutting processing prediction, state monitoring and intelligent control during cutting, and the future research trends are analyzed and discussed.
