    摘要:

    为了得到结构和力学性能良好的酚醛泡沫,利用原位生成的方法制备了石墨烯/二氧化硅(GNPs/SiO2)杂化材料,并将其用于酚醛泡沫的制备当中。对杂化材料进行了红外光谱分析,透射电镜以及X射线衍射分析,验证了石墨烯表面SiO2球体(粒径在150~180 nm)的存在。对泡沫的结构和压缩性能进行对比分析,发现三维杂化材料相比二维石墨烯能够更好的改善酚醛泡沫的泡孔结构,杂化材料为0.5wt%时,GNPs/SiO2改性酚醛泡沫的泡孔尺寸更小,结构更均匀;同时杂化材料改性酚醛泡沫表现出更优异的力学性能,其压缩强度和弹性模量分别达到0.22和4.1 MPa,比纯酚醛泡沫分别提高了91%和86%。

    Abstract:

    In order to prepared the phenolic foams with excellent cell structure and mechanical properties, the graphene/silica (GNPs/SiO2) hybrid materials were prepared by the method of in situ formation. The graphene and GNPs/SiO2 hybrid materials were used in the preparation of phenolic foams. The cells structure and compression properties of the phenolic foams were analyzed,and found that hybrid materials can improved the bubbles structure and mechanical properties more effectively. and the Infrared Spectroscopy(FT-IR),transmission electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis were conducted and confirmed the silica spheres were formed on the surface of the GNPs. The silica shows a particle size of 150-180nm. The phenolic foams showed more uniform cell structure and small cell size when the content of hybrid materials was 0.5wt%. GNPs/SiO2 modified phenolic foams showed the excellent mechanical properties than the graphene modified phenolic foams. The compressive strength and modulus of 0.5wt% graphene/SiO2 modified phenolic foams was 0.22 and 4.11MPa, which has increased by 91% and 86%, respectively, compared to the pure phenolic foams.
