    摘要:

    单颗磨粒磨削是研究复杂磨削机理的重要手段,本文从单颗磨粒磨削过程和磨粒形状的角度阐述了磨削基础理论;概述了国内外学者以单颗磨粒实验研究材料去除、切削力研究进展;以数值模拟为基础,探讨了不同工艺参数对单颗磨粒磨削力、磨削温度、工件表面质量的影响规律。最后对单颗磨粒的实验及其数值模拟研究工作做了总结和展望。

    Abstract:

    The grinding mechanism is very complicated, and single abrasive grinding is an important means to study the grinding mechanism. In this paper, the basic theory of grinding is expounded from the abrasive grain shape and the grinding process. It is stated that scholars form the removal of materials, and grinding force to research the progress of single-grain experiments.Nextly,On the basis of simulation discussed the influence of grinding parameters on grinding force, grinding temperature and surface quality of workpiece.This paper is of great significance for revealing the mechanism of grinding processing.Finally,the experiments and simulations of single abrasive particles are summarized and prospected.
