复合气瓶声发射幅度衰减测量技术研究

摘要:
针对宇航级复合气瓶声发射传播与衰减特性的测量难题,摸索了声发射波的幅度衰减系数理论计算方法,得到了适用于混杂波幅度衰减系数的理论计算公式。利用两种规格的声发射模拟源在复合气瓶上进行了试验,理论衰减曲线与实测衰减曲线吻合良好,为指导该类型复合材料结构件的幅度衰减测量提供了重要理论依据。

Abstract:
Aiming at the difficult problem of measuring the acoustic emission propagation and attenuation characteristics of space-grade composite gas cylinders, the theoretical calculation method of the amplitude attenuation coefficient of the acoustic emission wave was explored, and the theoretical calculation formula suitable for the amplitude attenuation coefficient of the mixed wave was obtained. Two types of acoustic emission simulation sources were used for experiments on composite gas cylinders, and the theoretical attenuation curve is in good agreement with the measured attenuation curve, which provides an important theoretical basis for guiding the amplitude attenuation measurement of this type of composite material structure.
