高温吸波涂层的多目标优化模型设计

摘要:
大多数高温吸波材料都属于非磁损耗型,单层往往很难达到理想的吸波性能和厚度。为解决此问题,本文在8.2~12.4 GHz的频率范围内,以反射率低于-10 dB的频率带宽和涂层总厚度为优化目标,通过差分进化算法建立了多层高温吸波涂层的多目标优化模型。结果表明,通过对各层厚度及其排列顺序进行优化设计,多目标优化模型能够在优化吸波性能的同时,最大限度的降低厚度。本文建立的模型适用于多种材料,不局限于本文设定的三种材料,能够达到理想的优化结果。

Design of multi-objective optimization model of high temperature absorbing coating

Abstract:
Most high temperature absorbing materials are to non-magnetic loss type, and single layer is often difficult to achieve the ideal absorbing performance. In order to solve this problem, a multi-objective optimization model of multi-layer high-temperature absorbing coating is established by differential evolution algorithm in the frequency range of 8.2-12.4 GHz, with the frequency bandwidth of reflectivity less than -10 dB and the total coating thickness as the optimization objectives. The results show that the multi-objective optimization model can optimize the absorbing performance and reduce the thickness as much as possible by optimizing the thickness of each layer and its arrangement sequence. The model established in this paper is suitable for many kinds of materials, not limited to the three kinds of materials set in this paper, and can achieve ideal optimization results.
