    摘要:

    利用浸渍法制备连续碳纤维增强聚醚醚酮( CF/ PEEK) 预浸带ꎬ对其成型温度、行进线速度进行
    研究ꎬ并测试了CF/ PEEK 预浸带的热胀系数、拉伸性能ꎬ利用SEM 扫描电镜观察CF/ PEEK 预浸带内部界面结
    合状态ꎮ 结果显示ꎬ预热区、熔融热压区温度分别控制在110~130℃和220~370℃ꎬ预浸带行进线速度控制在
    2 m/ min 时ꎬ制备的预浸带性能较好ꎻ在-150~ +150℃范围内ꎬCF/ PEEK 预浸带线胀系数为0.5×10-6 / Kꎬ并随
    着纤维体积分数增大而减小ꎻCF/ PEEK 预浸带最大拉伸强度达到1.81 GPaꎻSEM 扫描电镜显示碳纤维与
    PEEK 界面结合良好ꎮ 研究显示ꎬCF/ PEEK 预浸带制备工艺参数可行ꎬCF/ PEEK 预浸带性能较好ꎬ具有工程应
    用价值ꎮ。

    Abstract:

    Continuous carbon fiber reinforced polyetheretherketone (CF/ PEEK) prepreg was produced by slurry
    method. Processing temperatures and velocity were investigated.Thermal expansion properties and tensile properties
    were also experimented. SEM was used to observe the interface morphology of CF/ PEEK prepreg. The results indica ̄
    ted that the temperature distribution in pre ̄heating and melt ̄saturating districts are controlled by 110 to 130℃ and
    220 to 370℃.The prepreg velocity is 2 m/ min in order to get good CF/ PEEK prepreg. The thermal expansion property
    of CF/ PEEK prepreg is 0.5×10-6 / K in the temperature from -150 to +150℃ꎬthe maximum tensile strength is up to
    1.81 GPaꎬ and decreasing with fiber volume increasing.Scanning electron micrograph (SEM) confirms that the inter ̄
    face is good between carbon fiber and PEEK. The research tells us that the processing parameters are viable and the
    properties of CF/ PEEK prepreg are goodꎬ and can be used in engineering.
