高柔性低面密度预浸料的制备与性能研究

摘要:
考察了高韧性预浸料用环氧树脂体系黏度对预浸料加工工艺的影响ꎬ探讨了涂膜和预浸复合工
艺参数对预浸料质量的影响ꎬ采用热熔法工艺成功制备了高柔性低面密度预浸料ꎮ 评价了预浸料的质量参数ꎬ
单层厚度达到(25±5) μmꎬ具有优良的粘结性和铺覆性ꎮ 力学性能测试结果表明ꎬ相对于常规厚度预浸料ꎬ高
柔性低面密度预浸料复合材料的层间断裂韧性、层剪强度和弯曲强度分别提高了19 %、27.7 % 和15.3 %ꎮ 微
观形貌观察表明高柔性低面密度预浸料制备的复合材料具有较好的界面结合强度。

Preparation and Performance of Highly ̄Flexible Prepreg With Low Surface Density
Abstract:
The effects of viscosity of high toughness epoxy resin on prepreg process technique were investigatedꎬ
and the effects of process parameters during film preparation and impregnation on prepreg quality were discussed. The
highly ̄flexible prepreg with low surface density was successfully fabricated through hot ̄melt method.The physical prop ̄
erties of high ̄flexible prepreg with low surface density were evaluatedꎬ which has a thickness of (25±5) μm and has
stable quality and good manufacturability. Testing results showed that the mechanical properties of the composites
made from the ultra ̄thin prepreg are enhanced especially for the interlaminar fracture toughnessꎬ interlaminar shear
strength and flexural properties. Morphology observation indicated excellent interfacial properties of composites pre ̄
pared from high ̄flexible prepreg with low surface density.
