多型面复合材料支架成型技术

摘要:
阐述了一种多型面复合材料支架整体成型技术,重点对工艺方案、模具设计、铺层工艺优化设计、加压固化方式进行了探究。结果表明:采用一体化成型方案,基于芯模-外模组合模具,通过对称、阶梯过渡的铺层方法,真空辅助硅橡胶加压固化压力0.7 MPa,能够实现一种多型面复合材料支架的成型,产品具有较好的成型质量、尺寸精度及力学性能。复合材料制件各型面平整无褶皱,内部无分层、疏松、孔隙等缺陷,纤维体积分数可控制在(60±3)%,孔隙率测试值均低于1.0%。产品安装面平面度优于0.3 mm,角度公差±0.1°。随炉试件力学性能高于设计指标,满足用户使用要求。

Molding Technology of Polyhedral Composite Support

Abstract:
The integral forming technology of a polyhedral composite support was introduced.Machining scheme,mould design,the optimistic design of overlay processing,pressured curing technique were researched.The results show that integrated forming process can achieve the forming of large-scale polyhedral composite support. The process is based on combined mould,including core and external mold. Through the method of symmetrical,step transition laying,vacuum assisted pressurization of silicone rubber curing is 0.7 MPa. The product possesses high molding quality,dimensional accuracy and mechanical properties.The surface of the composite parts which have no lamination,porosity,voids and other defects are flat without wrinkle.The fiber volume fraction can be controlled at (60±3)%,and the voids are all lower than 1.0%. The flatness of the product installation plane is better than 0.3 mm,and the angle tolerance is within ±0.1°.The mechanical properties of the samples in the furnace are all higher than the design indexes which can meet the user"s requirements.
