复合材料臂杆刚度性能研究

摘要:
为获得大型复合材料臂杆刚度特性用于结构动力学仿真,采用有限元建模和试验测试两种方法,分别得到试验件一阶模态频率与弯曲及扭转刚度。分析结果与试验结果并不吻合,对产品刚度降低原因进行了分析,不良成型工艺和纤维打断对复合材料产品的刚度特性有着较大的影响。

Abstract:
The stiffness of the large composite beam is studied for the manipulator dynamic simulation. The 1st modal frequency and bending stiffness and turning stiffness are got by analysis and test. The test result does not coincide with analysis result. Reasons are put forwarded about the reduce of stiffness. Undesirable molding process and broken carbon fiber are the major factors to the stiffness reduce of composite beam.
