钛合金热等静压粉末冶金技术的发展现状

摘要:
钛合金在航空航天领域有广泛的应用前景,钛合金热等静压粉末冶金技术的发展为解决大型钛合金复杂构件的制备难题提供了一种新的技术途径。本文较为系统的介绍了该技术的特点、起源和研究现状,以及航天材料及工艺研究所在该技术领域所做的研究工作,并对该技术在型号中的应用做了简要的介绍。

Abstract:
Due to its amazing properties, Ti alloys are widely used in aerospace and aerial industry. HIP powder metallurgy process, which is suspected to a proposal approach to solve Ti alloys’ fabrication problem, is investigated throughout the world. In this paper, it’s character, orgination and development is introduced. Meanwhile, the investigation, approvemnet and practical application of the process of Aerospace Research Institute of Materials & Processing Technology is also introduced.
