薄壁扁平不锈钢管的涡流检测工艺

摘要:
针对航天专用不锈钢薄壁扁平管涡流检测过程中存在的工艺难题,通过分析管材扁平成型工艺特点,采用涡流检测线圈的等效填充系数计算方法,结合涡流分布特性制作异型外穿过式涡流检测线圈,根据型面检测灵敏度差异制定合理的检测工艺,有效实现了不锈钢薄壁扁平管的涡流检测。通过破坏性试验及飞行试验,对检测工艺的可靠性进行了验证。该检测工艺已成功应用于各型号不锈钢薄壁扁平管的涡流检测中。

Abstract:
For the technical problems in eddy current testing of stainless steel thin-walled flat tube,the equivalent filling coefficient calculation method of eddy current testing coil was adopted by analyzing the characteristics of flat pipe forming process.According to the sensitivity difference of the profile,a reasonable testing process was developed, and the eddy current testing of the stainless steel thin-walled flat pipe was effectively realized.Destructive tests and flight tests verify the reliability of the inspection process.The eddy current testing technology has been applied to several types of thin-walled flat tubes.
