%0 Journal Article %T 卫星结构板涂装无机热控涂层工艺 %T Inorganic Thermal Control Coatings on Structural Slab %A 周华珍 %A 吴琼 %A 高国立 %A 董理 %A 白晶莹 %A ZHOU,Huazhen %A WU,Qiong %A GAO,Guoli %A DONG,Li %A BAI,Jingying %J 宇航材料工艺 %J Aerospace Materials & Technology %@ 1007-2330 %V 49 %N 5 %D 2019 %P 53-57 %K 结构板;无机白漆热控涂层;涂装工艺;打磨工艺 %K Structural board;White inorganic coating;Coating technology;Grinding process %X 对卫星结构板涂装无机白漆热控涂层工艺进行研究,考察了涂装前打磨工艺对结构板强度、涂层结合力的影响,并研究了较低温烘烤固化对涂装后无机白漆涂层外观、厚度、热辐射性能等的影响。结果表明:采用80#砂纸纵横交错打磨2~3遍能够满足无机涂层在结构板表面的附着力,且对0.3 mm厚蒙皮结构板强度无影响,强度指标仍满足薄壁蜂窝夹层强度的要求。采用85 ℃/12 h的较低温烘烤工艺能够满足涂层外观、厚度、热辐射性能等各项指标要求。 %X The coating process of white inorganic coating on aluminum honeycomb sandwich plate in satellite structure was investigated.The effects of grinding process on strength of structural board and adhesion of coating were investigated.And the effects of curing at lower temperature on the appearance,thickness and thermal radiation properties of the coating were studied.The results show that the cross grinding of 80# sandpaper for 2 to 3 times can satisfy the adhesion of inorganic coating on the surface of structural board,and there are no effects on the strength of 0.3 mm thick skin structural board.The strength index still meet the strength requirement of thin-walled honeycomb sandwich.There are no obvious changes in the strength of structural board before and after grinding.The curing process of 85 ℃/12 h can meet the requirements of appearance,thickness and thermal radiation properties of the coating. %R 10.12044/j.issn.1007-2330.2019.05.011 %U http://www.yhclgy.com/yhclgy/home %1 JIS Version 3.0.0
